On Friday 14th August, 2020, our Lawyers visited residents of Witethie Farm in Kiboronjo region of Rongai Sub County to record statements with them in a land ownership row where the residents claim a private developer has grabbed a portion of land they have set aside for community amenities such as schools and health facilities.
